STEADY ENERGY, BY DESIGN

Cordyceps is the mushroom people reach for when they want energy without stimulants. Our extract delivers 360mg of it in a few drops. No stimulants, no crash, no jitters. Just steady energy, on your terms.

Everything that works

Dual extracted, so you get both the water-soluble and fat-soluble compounds. Alcohol-free, no fillers, no carriers, no proprietary blends hiding the dose. Nothing unnecessary, ever.

The proof, laid bare

The research on Cordyceps and performance is real but mixed, and we tell you exactly where the line sits. No cherry-picked claims, no marketing dressed as science. Rooted in wisdom, driven by proof.

Benefits

CORDYCEPS. THE ENERGY MUSHROOM.

Cordyceps is the mushroom people reach for when they want to stay powered through a long day without leaning on caffeine. The proposed mechanism is cellular. Compounds in Cordyceps are studied for their role in how the body produces and uses ATP, the molecule that carries energy inside every cell. The research is promising but still developing, and human results vary. We dose it at a level consistent with the studies, and we'll tell you plainly as the evidence matures.

This is where Cordyceps earns its athletic reputation, and where honesty matters most. Some trials suggest it may support oxygen use and aerobic capacity, particularly in older or less-trained adults. Studies in already-trained athletes are more mixed, with several showing no measurable effect. Some of the strongest performance data comes from multi-mushroom blends rather than Cordyceps on its own. The signal is real.

Underneath the energy you feel is the energy you don't. Cordyceps is studied for its antioxidant activity and its role in how cells generate power over time; the foundation of sustained output is built on. This is the least settled part of the science, drawn largely from early and laboratory research rather than large human trials. We include it because the direction is interesting, not because it's proven.

DUAL-EXTRACTION

unlocking the full potential of bioactive compounds

MUSHRUMI's liquid Ophiocordyceps sinesis extract is crafted from 100% organic and sustainably grown mushrooms. Through a dual-extraction process (hot water and alcohol), we unlock the full spectrum of both water and fat-soluble bioactive compounds. Alcohol is completely removed in the final product, leaving a smooth, energising extract.

Rooted in wisdom

Cordyceps has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese and Tibetan medicine (TCM) as a prized tonic. It was documented in ancient TCM texts and traditionally reserved for emperors and elites due to its scarcity. Cordyceps gained global fame in the 1990s when Chinese athletes attributed improved performance and recovery to it. Today it is one of the most popular functional mushrooms for energy and stamina.

Driven by proof

Cordyceps is rich in cordycepin, adenosine, polysaccharides, and mannitol. Studies suggest it may improve exercise performance, oxygen uptake (VO2 max), and reduce fatigue by supporting cellular energy (ATP) production. Emerging research indicates potential benefits for respiratory health, blood sugar regulation, and kidney/liver support. Cordycepin and related compounds are being studied for various pharmacological benefits.
